Arrival and Entry to the Premises

Upon arrival, stop at the sliding gate that secures the entrance to the parking area. The gate is not locked; simply slide it open. The entrance gate on the other side can be opened with the handle.”

Key Card Pickup

Right at the entrance, you will find a secure box with your electronic key card. If we are unable to accommodate you in person, we will send you the code to open the box. After entering the code, turn the bottom part of the lock to the right, open the door, and take your card.

Your card is marked with the number of the apartment you have reserved. Please leave any other cards inside. Finally, close the box and turn the bottom part of the lock to the left to securely lock it.

Using Your Key Card

The card grants you access not only to the building and your apartment, but also to the sauna and the utility room. In the utility room, you can use the washing machine, dryer, or store bicycles and sports equipment. Upon departure, simply place the card in the mailbox by the sliding gate.

Departure and Exit from the Premises

Upon departure, please return your key card. Place it in the mailbox located right by the sliding gate at the parking entrance.

Make sure the card is fully inserted to ensure it is securely returned. This way, it will be ready for the next guests.
